PLEASE GET RID OF CREDITS

I love this app it's perfect for rants! But I hate the credits like I dont want to spend money on a few credits so please remove the credits please!

Sign in confusing

The sign in process via Google/MFA needs better guidance, but the app and functionality are great.

Decent to an extent

I guess this app is great if you have the emotional capacity of a toddler, the second you use their audio book creation for anything meant for adults they get very finicky and started censoring you. I’m not a child and I refuse to create stories for toddlers. If you can’t handle more mature themes that are privately saved, just end your service now

It won’t let me in

I tryed 20 times to get in I am 18+ and when I say I am it still won’t let me in I tryed deleting it and reinstalling but it won’t work still

Why so little credits tho?

I love this app for rants, but I really do hope that you add more credits for the ranters or others could use this more often if they have a longer script.

It was ok intill they tried to make me pay

So it was really good bit then it wanted me to pay yes I get you can pay if you want but I don't want to waste my money on this

Uhhh

Okay it is AMAZING but after a few months of using it it kept asking me for a subscription when I even type a TINY SENTENCE! it’s good but it’s annoying.

Good app

Really nice tool but there is a bug that the text sometimes becomes invisible for no reason. Can you fix it please?

Love this app, but might delete it😅

So I used to love this app. I use it on my iPad all the time and I still have that same exact except… the apps kind of freaked me out. I’m not trying to be mean but recently whenever I try or whatever I type up something for the AI voice to say it just says it’s not static or anything but like it makes weird noises like it’s trying to say something or what I typed up but it can’t for some reason it’s just saying like weird noises. I can’t really explain them with the text, but this is kind of what they sound like and how I can describe them so sometimes they go like”o ah o” now that’s the only way I can describe how they sound with text but yeah it’s kind of scary so I might delete the app, but if it hasn’t been doing that on your phone, I highly recommend it but if it starts doing that maybe write a review like me so that the developers could try to fix it but overall this app is pretty good!😊 only reason why I’m giving it a two star rating is because it’s making those weird noises on my iPad😅

It’s okay… but.

Eleven labs is great for making videos. But you run out of credits very fast. And I don’t want to pay no money just a voice when I can use my own.

Sucks

When I try to make a voice for like my stuff, it keeps saying like it’s blocked or something when I wanna make a voice and I’m tired of it so I’m uninstalling the app like I tried to get help like it says like maybe you’re using VPN or I tried to reinstall the app, but it’s not working and I’m not even using VPN so can you please fix this?

Not amazing app

First of all it has a credit limit and I am a content creator and use this app a lot and now I can’t use it anymore because it won’t let me say anything like seriously can we just have something without having to buy premium

The WORST

It’s hard to use, and my text to speech sounds like a robot when I picked a normal voice. Please reply to this. Because I’m very concerned

Canceled, access removed, no refund

I canceled my membership just before the free trial ended, the day they listed as the last day to cancel before being charged. I was charged anyway, after canceling. I lost my access to the app, because I canceled. I was kept in this loop of not being able to be refunded by Apple or Eleven Labs. Both, Apple & Eleven Labs just kept pointing the finger back at each other saying neither was eligible to refund and I must take it up with the other. Just a whole mess & no help. Eleven Labs just kept asking for photos of my receipt, I had to send it 3 times before they kept hitting me with the process to reach out to Apple, as if it’s my first day with an iPhone.

I love your app but you need to fix it (💢｀Д´)

I know know what you are thinking oh what is this girl talking about well I'm a ranter and I love this app for the voice but I got flaged for no reason at all it seed I have to meny aconts which is not true I only had one so I decided to delete the acont and when I did when I was trying to make a new one it when to my old account so I did this a few more times and now I can't even make a account and now I'm stuch with a bad capcut voice sooooo give me a new account and a refund

This app is AWFUL

I was trying to use the text to speech feature, but then it said unusual activity detected. It said I was using a VPN or proxy or made multiple free accounts, which I didn’t. It said I had to upgrade to a paid plan I didn’t want to because I hadn’t done the VPN or proxy thing. This app is completely ridiculous for not letting me generate for something I didn’t do. This app sucks. I really liked it. I really wanted to use it more but now I’m never using this terrible app again. Fix the problem, or else you’re just terrible people.

Randomly takes away free voices

I only used this app for the Rumi text to speech voice and they just made it premium only for no reason, i have basically no use for this app now because none of the other voices have the same vibe as Rumi. Why do you just randomly take free voices and make people pay to use them? i don't want to use this app at all anymore.

Scary Robot Voice

I got this app a couple months ago and it worked fine! But recently every time I try to generate a voice for my video it gives me the creepy robot voice and it’s like weeping. I keep trying to fix it and it doesn’t work. I’m freaked out in my room at 2 am help

Doesn’t support on the Dynamic Island

When I use ElevenLabs to play my own AI-generated music, the playback stops immediately in the background after I switch to another app, and it doesn't support continuing on the Dynamic Island where Suno does. Sucks！

Does not work well

The plan is for monthly use but it uses credits, which get consumed in one day trying to generate a simple video. The app keeps generating garbage so you end up with no video and no credits.

It’s complicated to use it

I’m just gonna say, that I pay for one month, to get the creator feature, and it was impossible to have it, it was saying to me that I have it, but I cannot use it. So for that reason I’m out

what even is this

I downloaded this because it sounded like it was a good app and this wasn’t and I went to see text to speech and I can’t even use it one star and I didn’t even make alot of accounts:((( one star sorry😭❤️

Broken

I’ve tried using the app multiple times and whenever i use a voice and type anything, the voice sounds like a robot and broken. It’s something wrong in the app the needs to be fixed.

Scam

I was charged for this app and did not authorize it all!!! Tried reaching out and still no response. I do NOT RECOMMEND this app at all.

It’s a great app, but there’s a problem.

This has amazing voices! I love how they sound and it’s really cool. But there is a problem, maybe it’s just for me though. Apparently, there was “unusual” activity even though I’ve used it only a few times and only generated stuff at least 3 or more times for a rant video. Now my free tier access is revoked. I need help about this. I don’t have any idea if someone is on my account or this is just a problem.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This company has continuously taken money from my account despite me canceling this service in MARCH!!! I have sent email after email with no response. I talk to their AI customer service and they ensure me that someone will get back to me and no one ever has. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STILL HAVEN’T HEARD FROM ANYONE IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS!!!!!!!!

Ripoff. FALSE ADVERTISING

Paid for the app. It made one video & said i needed to buy more credits. I already purchased the app. So you pay more after you bought it. Rip off. I want my money back !
