How we review ElevenLabs
Last updated June 24, 2026
What this site is
11Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not ElevenLabs and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about ElevenLabs across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.
Where the reviews come from
We aggregated 155 published reviews across 7 platforms. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real ElevenLabs user, quoted from its original source:
- Trustpilot· Community-verified reviews from Trustpilot, one of the world's most trusted review platforms.
- G2· Peer-to-peer software reviews from 1,140+ verified business users on G2.
- Capterra· Software reviews from verified professionals on Capterra's software directory.
- Product Hunt· Developer and maker reviews from Product Hunt's community launch discussions.
- App Store· Reviews from iOS users of the ElevenLabs AI Voice Generator app.
- Google Play· Reviews from Android users of the ElevenLabs app (5.7M+ downloads).
- Reddit· Candid, unfiltered community opinions from Reddit users across multiple subreddits.
How we score and tag
Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience (creator or developer), so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The headline score (4.3/5) is the plain average of the star ratings across all 155 reviews. It is not a number we made up, and it is not weighted to flatter the product.
Why we publish critical reviews
A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.
Affiliate disclosure
We earn a commission if you sign up for ElevenLabs through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the work. It does not influence which reviews we show, how we tag them, or the score we report. The data is the data whether or not you click a link.
Keeping it current
Products and sentiment change. We refresh the review set on a regular basis and re-check facts like pricing and features, and we stamp every page with a “last updated” date so you know how fresh the analysis is. This page was last updated June 24, 2026.
